Hey, I’m Sono.

Sono isn’t my real name, obviously, but it’s pretty interchangeable with it at this point in my life.

I’m 25, but I tend to look anywhere between 16 and 20 depending on how I’m presenting myself for the day. I’m also a chick, but sometimes I look like a boy, When I do, it’s generally on purpose. I’m asexual+biromantic, with an intense attraction to chick with hips, anyone in a suit, and the occasional cross-dresser. I’m dating a dude who goes by Suri.

I like cats and scorpions a lot. I also like aquatic birds like swans and cranes and ducks. But scorpions are great they are maybe my favorite thing.

I am terrified of everyone, but I am really good at sometimes pretending I’m not. but now and then strangers will talk to me, and I will probably freak out. Witnessing that is always a treat. Better than television. 

I make comics. Not really deep, artsy, thought provoking comics. Usually just dumb jokes or crazy adventures. I like it when things don’t have to take themselves quite so seriously, and I can’t be bothered with deep symbolism. It’s too much work. I have a totally meaningless BFA in Cartooning that I got after 5 years at the School of Visual Arts. Now I’m working on starting a couple of webcomics. And then probably another couple after that.

I work full time for the NJ Turnpike Authority and am not around from around 8am-6pm EST Monday-Friday. During the time I am either working or commuting to/from work. Mondays, I am generally home later because I’m with friends watching Toku and anime.

I reblog a lot. If someone reblogs me, I generally check them out and then reblog even MORE stuff. Vicious cycle? Probably. But I do it anyway. Sometimes I also post crap that I draw or toys that I’m playing with or whatever else might be on my mind.
